This competition is designed for the competitor that is ready for a much needed overhaul of their physique or just a kick start in motivating them to get out there and start training. If you have been looking for the opportunity to lose that extra weight and pack on a little or a lot of muscle, this is your chance.

From now until March 1st, 2008 contestants can enter into the "Train Like a Freak" competition. We will be watching you transform before our very eyes as we count down to the games. Three winners will be selected after September 1st, 2008 for the most radically changed physiques in a 6 month time span. You must enter by March 1st, 2008 to be considered a contestant. Pictures will be posted on the KPFAA website for everyone to view your progress. You must be discreet in your photos. It is up to the discretion of the KPFAA management team what will and will not be posted.

Progress pictures need to be emailed in PDF or JPG format by the 1st day of April, June, and August for the purpose of viewing and monitoring your progress.

By entering in this competition, you are granting permission to the Kansas Police and Fire Athletic Association to post your pictures on our official website for the purpose of viewing and promotion of the "Train Like A Freak Competition" and Promotional Materials involved in promotion of "The Heart of America Police and Fire Games".

Three winners will be selected. Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded along with free entry into the 2008 Games.
