Exercises - 21/15/9 reps of 95lbs/65lbs Barbell Thrusters / Pull-Ups
Description - Competitors will complete three rounds of these two exercises. The
reps will be 21 of each the first round, 15 the second round, and 9 the last round.
The current fastest time for this particular WOD is 2:19.
Class A: Men's weight is 95 pounds. Women's weight is 65 pounds.
Class B: Men's weight is 65 pounds. Women's weight is 45 pounds.
Class C: Men's weight is 45 pounds. Women's weight is 25 pounds.

WOD #2 - Crossfit "FIGHT GONE BAD IV"
Exercises - In this workout you move from each of five stations
after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed
before repeating. This event calls for 3 rounds. The clock does not reset or stop
between exercises. On call of 'rotate,' the athlete/s must move to next station
immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower
where each calorie is one point. The stations are:
- Wall-ball, 8 ft target (Reps)
- Deadlift high-pull (Reps)
- Box jump (Reps)
- Push-press (Reps)
- Row (Calories)

Four-person Scramble.
• Each player will hit a shot from the tee. The best shot is selected and all players
will hit a shot from that location.
• Play continues in this select-shot fashion until the ball is holed out.
• No Gimmes, No Mulligans, every shot counts until it is in the cup!
• Players may place their ball within one club length, no closer to the hole of
the ball chosen for play without improving the condition of the original lie.
• On the green, players may place their ball within 2 inches, no closer to the hole
of the ball chosen for play.
• Once to the green, no putting of balls that are not chosen for play.
