This is a 3.1 miles (5-k) distance run/walk
Competition is offered to men in the following categories: 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54,
55-59, 60 & up.

40-49 and 50 & up.

8 age divisions. Also forming 4-person teams with each team member competing in 2 events.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
#1 - 3 mile run
#2 - shot put - each person may have two puts: Men up to
34 years use a 16 lb. shot, men 35 & over use a 12 lb. shot and all women use an 8 lb. shot
#3 - 100 meter dash
#4 - 100 yard swim - freestyle
#5 - rope climb - 20 foot rope, 2 climbs only, you may wave one climb, men and women start from
the seated position, hands only, no feet or legs, and quick start method - okay
#6 - bench press - 2 lifts only, best lift counted
#7 - pull-ups - overhand grip, chin must clear bar, no kicking or swinging, full arm extension
between each pull-up
#8 - obstacle course

Field Events: Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump, & High Jump
Track Events: 100m Low Hurdles, 100m Dash, 1600m Run, 400m Relay, 400m Run, 800m Run,
Sprint Medley Relay, 200m Dash, 1600m Relay, and 3000m Run.
All of the above events are offered to men in the following age categories: 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44,
45-49, 50-54, 55-59, and 60+
Women: 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-49 and 50+
COMPETITION DURATION:
One day. Field events and track preliminaries are held in the morning and last about 4 hours. Track
events are in the evening and last about five hours.

COMPETITION DURATION:
Competition will last from 3 to 6 hours. The time for weigh-ins varies.

EVENTS:
Bowling competition will be scratch with five divisions for both men and women based on averages. Competition
includes singles, doubles, team, mixed doubles and mixed team events.

EVENTS:
Competition is offered to men in the following categories: 18-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44,
45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 & up.
Competition is offered to women in an open category.
Competition is available for the divisions of Revolver / Automatic, Concealed / Uniform Security
Leather.
Competitors may only compete in one division/one age group.
COMPETITION DURATION:
Each competition will last 3-4 hours.
This event tests the skills and endurance of the team. The participating teams do not know their exercise
until moments before the event starts. Team wears their standard issued equipment. The obstacle course
is usually no less than 6k in length, with a minimum 10’ wall, simulated use of chemical agents, testing of
sniper skills from 50 to 200 yards using live ammunition, and combat pistol competition.

EVENTS:
Triathlon is offered for men and women in individual and team competitions by age divisions as stated
in the application booklet. This event consists of a 1/4 mile swim, 14-mile bike course, and a three-mile run.
